These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Martin Graphics Enterprises, operating as UploadDTF.com ("we," "us," "our").
Gang Sheet Automator is a Windows desktop application that arranges artwork images onto gang sheets for direct-to-film (DTF) printing. The Software is offered on a subscription basis with a limited free trial (10 builds). An active internet connection is required to open the application for license verification.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on machines associated with your account. You may not:
The Software includes 10 free trial builds. No credit card or account is required. The trial is provided "as is" and is subject to the same limitations of liability described in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify the number of trial builds at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the interval you selected. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time beyond the 7-day refund window.
We offer a 7-day refund window on new subscriptions. After 7 days, subscription charges are non-refundable. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license key and any credentials associated with your account. You must not share your license key with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses that show signs of unauthorized sharing or abuse.
The Software, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Martin Graphics Enterprises (UploadDTF.com) and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trade names, branding, or proprietary feature names.
You retain full ownership of all artwork, images, and output files you create using the Software.
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it. By using the Software, you consent to the practices described therein.
We strive to keep the Software available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may release updates, patches, or new versions at our discretion. The Software may automatically check for and install updates when an internet connection is available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martin Graphics Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to license key sharing, reverse engineering, or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimers survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Software shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
