All purchases of Gang Sheet Automator subscriptions — whether monthly or annual — are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for any unused portion of a subscription period.
We strongly encourage you to take full advantage of the 10 free trial builds included with every download before subscribing. No credit card or account is required to use the trial. This ensures you can fully evaluate the software before committing to a paid plan.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through your account. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining days in that period.
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year as a single charge. Annual plans are non-refundable after purchase. If you cancel an annual plan, your access continues through the end of the paid term and will not auto-renew. No partial or prorated refund is provided for unused months.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or an unauthorized transaction — please contact us within 7 days of the charge at Contact Us. We will investigate and, where applicable, issue a correction.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are a small team and will do our best to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
