If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date. To request a refund, contact us via the contact page within that window and we will process it promptly.
We strongly encourage you to take advantage of the 10 free trial builds included with every download before subscribing — no credit card or account required. The trial lets you fully evaluate the software before committing to a paid plan.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through your account. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are only available within the 7-day window from the date of each charge — requests made after 7 days are not eligible.
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year as a single charge. You may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge date. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan, your access continues through the end of the paid term and will not auto-renew. No partial or prorated refund is provided for unused months after the refund window has passed.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or an unauthorized transaction — please contact us within 7 days of the charge at Contact Us. We will investigate and, where applicable, issue a correction.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are a small team and will do our best to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
