Gang Sheet Automator is a Windows desktop application developed and operated by UploadDTF.com. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to UploadDTF.com. You can contact us at Contact Us.

What Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or contact us. Used only to send launch notifications and respond to support requests.
• Name — optionally provided when you contact us via the contact form.
• License and machine data — when you activate a paid subscription, your license key and an anonymized machine identifier are sent to our licensing provider to validate your subscription. No personal files or artwork are transmitted.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). We never receive or store your credit card number or banking details.
• Usage and error data — the desktop application does not collect analytics or telemetry. No usage statistics, crash reports, or file data are sent from your machine without your knowledge.

How We Use Your Data

We use collected data for the following purposes only:

• Sending a single launch notification email to waitlist members when the app becomes available
• Responding to support and contact form submissions
• Verifying active subscriptions to enable app access
• Processing payments through our third-party payment processor

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the product. Each has its own privacy policy:

• MailerLite — manages our email waitlist. Your email address is stored on MailerLite's servers. See MailerLite's Privacy Policy.
• Lemon Squeezy — processes subscription payments and manages license keys. See Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.
• Formspree (or similar) — may be used to receive contact form submissions. Your message and email are forwarded to us and not stored long-term by the processor.

Cookies

The gangsheetautomator.com website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Google Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN, which may set performance-related cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any other behavioral tracking on this website.

Data Retention

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond. License records are retained for the duration of your subscription and a reasonable period thereafter for billing dispute resolution.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email

Gang Sheet Automator is a professional business tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
